MAG Box Setup Guide
Follow these steps to activate FREEGOIPTV4K on your MAG Box.
Requirements
- A MAG box connected via Ethernet (recommended) or Wi-Fi adapter
- Your portal URL and MAC address registered with our team
Installation Steps

Access the settings menu
Turn on your MAG box and open the System Settings menu.

Enter the portal URL
Go to Servers > Portals and enter the portal URL we provide for your subscription.

Save and restart
Save the settings and restart the MAG box to apply changes.

Send us your MAC address
If it's your first setup, send your device's MAC address to our support team via WhatsApp so we can authorize it.

Load the channel list
Once authorized, the portal will automatically load your channels and VOD library.

Start streaming
Navigate the on-screen menu to browse and watch your content.
Troubleshooting
Portal shows a blank or error screen
Confirm your MAC address has been authorized by our team, and that the portal URL was entered exactly as provided.
Frequent disconnects
Use a wired Ethernet connection where possible — MAG boxes are more sensitive to Wi-Fi interference.
