Service Description

FREEGOIPTV4K provides an IPTV streaming subscription giving access to live channels and on-demand content. Service availability, channel lineup and content library may change over time to maintain quality and reliability.

Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed for the plan duration selected at purchase (1, 3, 6 or 12 months)
• All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable processing fees
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you choose when to renew or upgrade
• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared or resold

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Any attempt to redistribute, resell or publicly broadcast the service is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

Service Availability

While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target through premium server infrastructure, occasional maintenance or third-party network issues may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for issues caused by your internet connection or device.

Limitation of Liability

FREEGOIPTV4K is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
